Consumer Refund Policy

Refund Eligibility

LifeBrand, in its sole discretion, offers refunds within five [5] days of purchase. To be eligible for consideration for a refund, your refund request must meet the following conditions:

  1. Technical Issues: You have encountered technical issues that prevent you from accessing or using the core features of our service, and our support team is unable to resolve them within a reasonable timeframe.
  2. Dissatisfaction: You are genuinely dissatisfied with the quality or performance of the product and have provided detailed feedback to help us improve.
  3. Unauthorized Purchases: If you believe your purchase was made fraudulently or without your authorization, please contact us immediately for assistance.
  4. LifeBrand reserves the right to decline to provide refunds based on its determinations under this policy.
  5. No refunds will be offered under any circumstances when LifeBrand’s Terms of Use and/or Privacy Policy have been breached by the customer.

Refund Process

Please contact our customer success team at customer.success@lifebrand.life for refund requests with your purchase details and the reason for your refund request. We will review your request within three (3)  business days and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed using the same payment method as the original purchase. Refunds may take 5-7 business days to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.

Refunds for Subscription Fees

In the event you request a refund for a subscription-based purchase, and the request is approved under this Policy, LifeBrand will refund subscription payments made within five [5] business days of receipt of payment.
