What is included in the free scan?

The free trial includes your ability to connect all social media accounts to your LifeBrand profile and run scans on them. The free trial will show you the total amount of potentially harmful posts our software finds and then allow you to delete one post so you can see how our platform works.

What are the criteria used to evaluate the harmfulness of the posts?

We have a large dataset of profanities that helps us with filtering the harmful posts. Our AI is looking for these words in your posts and once it finds one, the whole post is marked as harmful. We are also considering typos to make sure we catch everything.

How can I cancel my monthly subscription?

You can cancel your monthly subscription by going to your account and clicking on the "Downgrade" button.

How do I delete my account if needed?

You can delete your LifeBrand account in the "My Account" section (top-right dropdown menu).

What is included in the Unlimited subscription?

With the Unlimited subscription you can perform as many scans of your social media accounts as you want. You will also be able to track how you build your Social Impact over time and see if you are improving.

Is my account information safe?

At LifeBrand, security is built into our design. We never share any sensitive information with third parties or store your credentials.

Can I resend an invite to the employee if they don't receive it?

Yes, in your employer dashboard there is an option to resend invitations.

How can I change my Business Plan?

Once you have logged into your business account, there is a button at the top of each screen that allows you to upgrade your plan - simply enter the number of employees that you would like to add, and get your quote! If you have further questions, someone from our team would be happy to help you.

Do I pay the same price for potential and for the current employee's scan?

Yes, the price of scans for your employees and potential hires is the same!

Can I cancel my Business Plan?

Yes. You can cancel your Business plan from either your user dashboard or from the “My Accounts” page. If you need assistance, please contact info@lifebrand.life.

Do I see “ignored” harmful posts of my invitees?

While your employees’ LifeBrand reports detail the categories of flagged posts, they don't reveal the posts themselves. This process meets both FCRA and EEOC regulations.

What is included in the one-time scan?

The One Time Scan includes the ability to connect your Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook accounts to be scanned. The ability to delete or ignore all harmful posts. The ability to view your social impact score and learn tips to improve it.

Can you see my private messages in messenger/DM’s?

No. LifeBrand is only able to see your posts that you shared. We won't have access to your private messages or direct messages.

Am I able to send a report to my employer or future employer?

Yes. You are able to automatically send your LifeBrand report to your employer.

I am not using my real name on my social media, can I change it somehow in the LifeBrand platform?

Yes, you can do it in the "My Account" section after you click on the pencil icon next to your current name.

Do you store my deleted posts?

No. We do not store any posts that were deleted through the CleanBrand Platform.

What if I want to delete a post that I marked
as ignored earlier?

You can find all your ignored posts in the Ignored folder on "Scan" page. If you want to delete one, just click on the trash bin icon next to it.

Do I need to connect all of my social media accounts?

No. You do not need to connect all of your social media accounts. For instance, if you only have a Facebook account, but not an Instagram account or Twitter, please only connect your Facebook account and leave the others unconnected.

Can my employer / future employer see my posts?

No. Your employer will not be able to see your posts. If you share a summary report with them, they will be able to see the buckets that your posts fall into, how many posts were ignored, and which social media platforms you are most active on.
